Chudier Joseph is a young South Sudanese - American man focusing on the financial literacy of his fellow Americans and especially his South Sudanese community. As a people, we come from a
war-torn country that never truly developed. We are still in the developmental stages. For many years, South Sudanese parents didn't get the opportunity to be financially independent or literate leading to their children not having the much-needed knowledge for their future. What Chudier, does is expose our people to a different reality out there financially. There is an abundant amount of wealth of information when it comes to this industry. He has the knowledge and connections to dissect the information to be used in a personal matter. 

As the upcoming young generation, we need to be equipped with this knowledge because our lives depend on it. We need to start reading, investing, meeting and planning for our financial future. Chudier can help you on your personal awareness journey regarding finances. I am very excited for those who are on the journey and those that are about to embark on it. It is worth the process especially when you are setting up future generations for a better financial situation than you had.

South Sudanese - Canadian Author: Acai Louis Kuol Arop

Acai Louis Kuol Arop, Author. Acai is a South Sudanese - Canadian author based in Edmonton, Alberta. She writes based on contemporary issues in short stories format. She's an upcoming and rising South Sudanese writer in an industry that's male-dominated it is nice to see women get in the industry and write for themselves and other women. I got the opportunity to read a short story by Acai, it's called '' Broken Pieces.'' It is amazing.  Acai did an excellent job narrating and speaking from the viewpoint of the main character. She beautifully narrates the challenges of love and relationships from a woman's perspective. She wrote that story for women. She's highly talented and I hope to see more work from her in the future. I first heard of his music in my relative's car in Minnesota in 2012, since then I've been a fan. His music is very soothing, relaxing and gets you in a state of love. You feel positive, happy, and joyful after listening to his meaningful songs. Songs encouraging healthy relationships to songs of advocating for political peace and democracy. His songs resonates with peace lovers internationally. One of the things he is focusing now is on advocating for peace in South Sudan. The young nation has been at war since December 2013.
